On September 24, 2022, the course “LEAN Mindset and Thinking” – the beginning of the “MIV Lean Management” training program took place very successfully with the enthusiastic response of Thygeseners
With the charismatic and logical guidance of Dr Nguyen Dang Minh – Chairman at GKM Lean Institute, Thygeseners have together acquired foundational knowledge: From building the right attitude, steady to Lean effectively by identifying and cutting waste in the business.
The course is impressed by the deep interaction, focusing on the relationship between theory and practice in work and life instead of just receiving passive knowledge.
Many situations in the work process are analyzed and answered with lively circle discussions by department heads and members, following the philosophy of “Learning Enough, Correct Understanding and Effective Application” of the program.
At the end of the course, Ms Doan Thi Thu Hien, CEO of Thygesen Textile Vietnam summarized and reaffirmed the prerequisite role of “Tell right, learn right, do right” in personal capacity development as well as company building and developing of the country.
